We had an amazing stay at this Asheville Airbnb for a group of 9! The home is beautifully decorated with stunning mountain views—perfect for relaxing and celebrating my 40th birthday. The location is great, about 15 minutes from main attractions, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. The host was pleasant, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making our stay seamless. We did have a minor issue with a shower, but it was handled quickly. One downstairs bathroom only had cold water, but it didn’t impact our overall experience. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made traveling with a group easy. We also loved being close enough for delivery—Mamacita’s in Biltmore Village was a highlight! Overall, this home checked all the boxes: beautiful, comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville with a group!

7 adults and 2 children stayed 3 nights and 3 other adults stayed one night. The space was comfortable for everyone. The entry way had ample storage for shoes, ski boots, and jackets. It was really nice that all bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. No one waited around in the mornings when everyone was trying to get ready. The proximity to the mountain was great! The views of Sunday river from the deck were outstanding. The hot tub also had those amazing views and was super clean. There was plenty of space indoors and out to hang out comfortably with everyone. The dining table was also plenty big enough to accommodate all of us at meal times. Daniel was a great communicator and responded quickly to all messages. I’d definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful property. Great for anyone. Especially great for family get togethers of all ages. The kitchen was especially nice, it was stocked with many great things to prepare meals and extra things like a nutri bullet, airfryer, waffle maker just to name a few extras. The space was wonderfully open so with lots of people you don't feel cramped. The game room, theater room and hot tub kept the younger generation entertained very well. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable and the bathrooms numerous. We would definitely recommend this property, we had an enjoyable experience.

This house was in a great location and had an amazing view of Sunday River. The layout of the house was nice, in terms of number of bedrooms/bathrooms and common space. We also appreciated the boot warmers, and check-in and checkout was easy. However, we did unfortunately run into some issues with the house, including no heat when we arrived on Friday night (47 degrees on the thermostat), no directions on how to operate the mini-split heating and no hot water (or, as a result, base board heat) until the morning we left. When we reached out, we did receive prompt replies and the owner sent someone out Sunday night and Monday morning to look into the issues. The hot tub was also not working, but the owner did let us know about that before we arrived. If we did not run into the heat and hot water issues, this would have been a five star stay for us but those were real challenges during our visit.

We had a wonderful trip in Asheville celebrating my father's birthday. This delightful and very spacious home was perfect for the 11 of us. The location was not far from downtown, shopping, or from anything that we wanted to do. There were plenty of activities to do in the house if you didn't want to go out. The house was very clean and comfortable. The views were stunning. It was also nice to have a large dining table that could accommodate almost all of us at meal time. Our host, Daniel, was very responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. You will not regret it.

This property was such a great fit for us with plenty of space, ample beds, incredible Mountain View, gourmet kitchen for preparing eat in meals, and a great game room. The property is very close to the Sunday River ski resort, You can access parking lots within six or seven minutes. It’s also very close to the access road for pubs/restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel’s place! Three families (14 people total) felt right at home, with plenty of space and things to do. The downstairs rec area and bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. The dining room table is massive - we really enjoyed meals together. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless on arrival. The kitchen was spacious enough and well equipped to cook for all of us. The weather threw a curve ball at us with some freezing rain our first day, which made the driveway tricky to navigate. Daniel responded promptly to our request for another visit from the sand/salt guy, which addressed the issue. It’s a short drive to Sunday River for skiing, or Bethel for food or shopping. Finally, the views of Sunday River from the house are great. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the view while relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The home was bright and spacious with nice views - just as described with plenty of space for 18+ people of various ages. With 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms , everyone was comfortable. The kids (aged 4 -18) practically lived downstairs in the game and media rooms, and the adults enjoyed it too. The kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed cooking as a family. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. You can park 6 cars in the driveway. Note that you do need to climb about 15 stairs to get to the home (see the pics). The Daniel was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless.

This is such a fun and whimsical house! Our kids in particular (ages 5, 14, and 17) loved the game room, theater, kids' bedroom, and loft. We all enjoyed how spacious the house is, and the kitchen is amazing for cooking and hanging out. Beds were so comfortable and showers were great. On our one rainy day, we didn't mind at all hanging out here, because there was so much to do. Daniel was a wonderful host and very responsive. Overall, highly recommend!

Daniel’s home was beautiful. From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by amazing mountain skyline views. The property lived up to all the photos and more. Our summertime group hiked all the local trails during the stay and this was the perfect home base to relax in the evenings. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for watching the stars! We checked out the mineral & gem museum, grabbed some delicious coffee at Gemini, and had a fantastic dinner at Social Kitchen & Bar right down the road on Bethel main st. Butcher Burger is also a great spot for a midday bite to eat. Mainely Provisions had a great selection of fresh food for us to cook at the property. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots & pans you’d need plus having access to the washer and dryer with provided tide pods made us feel right at home. This was a stay we certainly won’t forget & look forward to coming back!! Double thumbs up

I've done yearly trips with friends to quite a few different locations at this point and this was by far the most comfortable we've been to. The Skyline Estate was a beautiful home to stay at for the duration of our stay in the beautiful state of Maine. We were a group of 15, and the space was perfect for a large group like ours. From the ping pong table to basketball set up and a personal favorite with the hot tub, we felt at home in this vacation getaway. **The only critique would be that the restrooms do not have locks which we supposed were apart of the home’s design. Overall would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a stay in Newry anytime in the future.

We brought our Girl Scout troop of 10 middle school girls (plus 4 adults) from Philly to this gem—and it was perfect. Beautiful and special enough to wow the girls, but not so fancy that we were afraid to let them actually live in it. There was plenty of space to spread out when needed, and lots of cozy gathering spots for games, meals, and bonding time. The kitchen and seating areas were ideal for group cooking and eating. The deck was our favorite spot—perfect for morning coffee, quiet chats, or stargazing at night. And the beds in the master bedrooms? Ridiculously comfortable. Everything in Newry and Bethel was just 15 minutes away, and we were less than 30 minutes from awesome waterfalls and swimming holes. One heads-up: the path to the fire pit is loose stone, so maybe don’t let a bunch of fearless tweens sprint down it unsupervised (ask us how we know). Daniel was a fantastic host—super responsive, and his digital welcome guide was a game-changer. Highly recommend!!

This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and we use Airbnb often. I’ve never experienced a more equipped and fully stocked home, with every possible amenity and accessory that made our stay feel comfortable, relaxing, and free of stress. We really felt like we were living there and didn’t want to leave after our 5 night stay. Daniel was extremely responsive the entire time including leading up to our trip because we were concerned about the nearby forest fires, and he was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. What a wonderful stay here! My friends and I stayed for a ski weekend and were shocked at the views. The pictures do not do it justice. The hot tub was wonderful, and ping pong and basket ball were fun additions! We were so close to Sunday river and not far from mt Abrams so our group was able to choose what we wanted to do! The views are amazing and the location is perfect for skiing. The home was spacious yet cozy. Daniel was excellent to communicate with. For some reason the address took me to another location. I would just note that the 5th bedroom was not a standard pullout couch (more of a futon) and upon arrival, didn't work for our group. The basement (which didn't feel like a basement) bunk room, while adorable, wasn't totally sturdy enough for our age kids unless you slept on the bottom bunks.

Daniel’s house was immaculate! The view of Sunday River was breathtaking and our party of 16 could fit comfortably in the living spaces. Not to mention the hot tub overlooking the mountain after a long ski day. The only thing I would be aware of when booking this house is there are many shared spaces for sleeping. Perfect for families with kids. May not be the best house for many adult couples to sleep. That being said, the host was responsive and great to work with! I would recommend.

This is a beautiful home! It has a great setup. The wrap around porch is awesome, the view of Sunday River is fantastic (we could see the NYE fireworks from the living room), there is a bathroom on every floor, the beds are very comfortable, the basement is kids/teen heaven with the basketball game and ping pong and Nintendo. We couldn’t make use of the firepit because the weather didn’t cooperate, but we imagine it would have been great (the house is stocked with s’mores supplies). It’s about 8 minutes from Sunday River. The bedroom set up is not great for 3 families because two couples get king beds and one couple ends up in a second floor bunkroom, but all 3 second floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which made it work. The basement bunkroom sleeps a ton of kids and there is an extra little room for spillover kids. It also doesn’t feel like basement because it’s a walkout. Bright with tons of windows. Daniel was excellent. Incredibly proactive without being overly intrusive.

Absolutely luxurious!!! Daniel's place was an incredible weekend getaway for our group of friends. Some highlights: the large, perfectly maintained hot tub, multiple bathrooms and huge showers, comfortable beds (including two king sized!), and the outstanding views! We also really appreciated that there wasn't an extensive check-out chore list - just taking care of the trash, very reasonable! We will definitely come back to this amazing place! A few people in our party had a little trouble finding the place (not all map apps were able to find the correct address), so I recommend putting Vista Rd as the location. Vista Rd turns into Appalachian Dr, and from there the place is not hard to find!

Daniel was extremely helpful and always quick to reply. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work and he had someone out almost immediately. The kitchen was great and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The bedrooms all had enough linens and pillows. The coffee station was great. loved that there were 6 showers and 2 laundry rooms that was so helpful with such a large group. The hot tub had a heater for towels- just everything was well thought out. I didn’t think we’d use the theatre but we actually did and it was great for napping ◡̈ the teens absolutely loved the pool table and other games. I can’t say enough about how nice it was for a large group. My suggestion for large groups would be to bring an air mattress in case the kids are bigger and want the full bunk for one person. That room is huge and we fit 2 air mattresses in there.

So when I first booked my stay the listing didn't have any reviews yet, which made me very worried, but I was desperate since the original home I wanted was already booked. I took a chance booking with Daniel and it was well worth it! We were a group of 16 girls celebrating a bachelorette trip so we needed a lot of space and bathrooms to get ready and this home delivered that and much more. Before even arriving Daniel was in constant contact with me and was very helpful with answering questions and providing me with information for certain activities we wanted to book. When I arrived to the house I was so shocked at how it looked exactly like it's pictures and very clean. Daniel's team had left fresh flowers and pastries in the kitchen and set us up with popcorn and the cups in the movie room. We also had towels folded on each bed for the girls to find when they arrived. The level of care and detail they put into our arrival was so appreciative. Would stay again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Couldn't be happier with our trip to Newry. Our group had a lovely weekend before seeing a once-in-a-lifetime total solar eclipse in in Rangeley. The firepit and hot tub were very popular with our group. And the ping pong table never fell silent! The open concept of the main floor allowed for a convivial atmosphere, and we enjoyed all of our meals together with plenty of space. This perfect house truly made our trip special.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Airbnb this past weekend. The house was exactly as described with all the modern amenities that one would need and it was only minutes away from Sunday River which was important for a ski family like ours. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! We had a group of 16 and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out, it didn’t feel cramped or crowded. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We had a bit of an issue with shower water temperature but Daniel was super quick to respond and offer a solution. The extra details really made this place for us - popcorn provided in the movie room with a microwave, fresh flowers and pastries upon arrival, a link to a 3D tour provided in advance so we could plan out sleeping arrangements. It’s about a 15 minute drive into downtown or the RAD, and for the size of the house and being able to spread out it was worth every minute of that drive. There is so much good I can say about this place, but most of all that I recommend it wholeheartedly!

10/10 for esthetics, 10/10 for comfort, 6/10 for execution. The home is beautiful & all the seating & beds are comfortable. A dream view too. However, the execution of many things was struggling…for example, the charging stations in the rooms upstairs did not work, the lights in the bunk room downstairs were fun & would have been effective - but weren’t charged & a charger couldn’t be found…so were of no use….we had a couple of issues - one of which was resolved quickly & appropriately, the other - didn’t really have a resolution that was appealing to anyone. We had a large party, needing all bathrooms - & especially wanting to enjoy the nicer bathrooms, however, 1 of the showers leaked into the kitchen - we were told to stop using the shower, not ideal - but not the worst. Then the toilet from that bathroom was then leaking into the kitchen, so the whole bathroom was off limits…& FLUSHED TOILET WATER (& whatever else was in the toilet) dripping on 1 of the guests & into the kitchen.

The guidebook provided was helpful, but lists a few amenities that are not at the property (i.e., pool table, kettle, etc.). Our group had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s Airbnb. Clean, modern, conveniently located. We love the open space concept so our group could be together whether in the kitchen, dining, or living space. It was very communal. Downstairs had lots of fun activities like ping pong and basketball. The hot tub was a great way to end a day on the mtn. Our girls weekend was a great success thanks to Daniels Asheville airbnb. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The views of the mountains were amazing and had a great hot tub that we used day and night. Bonus was the movie theater ! We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. You can tell the thoughtfulness and effort that went into the design of the house, kids will LOVE the basement, you cannot beat the mountain views from the hot tub or the fire pit, modern amenities but still the charm of a mountain cottage. Close enough to everything you want to do but just far enough away to be a quiet peaceful retreat. Daniel, our host, was incredibly helpful and proactive as he helped us navigate through a challenging situation after the torrential rainstorm in Maine that washed out roads and made Bethel and Newry inaccessible for a couple of days. Daniel’s home is perfect for anyone looking to really get away from it all. It’s incredibly modern (it feels brand new) with sleek appliances, comfortable beds, and huge showers. The view out the front windows and from the porch where the hot tub sits is absolutely incredible. The game room is also a blast. We played a lot of arcade basketball while we were there!
